Lockheed Martin Capture Management Staff in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: In this position, you will be responsible for assisting Middle East business development director and other Middle East team members in the Aeronautics products and services pursuit activities in ten Middle East countries.
Support pursuit & capture campaigns, proposal development, color teams and communication strategies including tradeshows, conferences and symposiums.
Lead internal LM teams in the creation of briefings, information responses and white papers that are used internally and externally to inform senior leaders of both government and industry.
Develop and coordinate Technical Assistance Agreements, export license and USG advocacy requests. Host visitors, including high-level military, government and industrial personnel.
In addition provide program briefings and communicate Aero products and services value propositions.
Manage day-to-day international business development activities, to include: coordination of visits; program information updates; collection of briefings in support of visits; war room creation; support of significant events; strategy development in support of pursuit & capture activities; and the planning of campaign team & strategy meetings.
Develops/coordinates development of reports to LM Aero and LM Corporate on the status of the Middle East business development activities via preparation of focus charts, status reports, highlight reports, stoplight charts, white papers, program pursuit papers, meeting papers, trip books and other internal reports used up to the President and CEO levels.
In this position, you will travel Internationally and Domestically approximately 10% of the time.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills: Basic understanding of the F-16, T-50, C-130J capabilities, history and status.
Experience working with domestic and international customers.
Ability to organize and present data to senior/executive management.
Excellent communicator, in written and graphic form.-
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Proposal/Capture experience (supporting customer contact tracking, decision mapping, competitive intelligence and customer assessments).
Experience producing and giving briefings to senior level personnel and large groups.
MS Office Suite.
