Lockheed Martin Communications Rep Senior in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: The successful candidate serves as the producer for AeroTV News Blast, a weekly news program; and manages insideLM, the intranet for the Aeronautics Business Area, an organization of 24,000 employees.

This includes managing and coordinating an editorial calendar, writing scripts incorporating various lines of business and employees across the sites.

This communicator will partner with Visual Communications to coordinate and coach on-camera talent for Aero TV News Blast, and research story ideas that can be used internally, both AeroTV News Blast and insideLM, and externally by partnering with members of the social/digital media team.

This individual is also responsible for partnering with members of the multimedia team to manage AeroTV, the digital signage network.

Additionally, the successful candidate will lead metrics gathering and data analysis, and partner with the entire Aeronautics Employee and Executive Communications team, to evaluate the effectiveness of employee and executive communication and engagement.

This communicator may likely support communication and executive engagement for an Aeronautics executive(s), as assigned, as well.

This communicator reports to the Senior Manager of Aeronautics Employee and Executive Communications.

Writing samples will be required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in a Communications related discipline or equivalent experience

Experience with storytelling in one or more of the following areas: writing for broadcasts, TV scriptwriting, and/or news articles (using AP Style)

Experience developing and executing communications plans

Experience collaborating with graphics and understanding multimedia concepts

Project Management
