Lockheed Martin Contractor Program Security Officer in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: This position supports the national security of the United States.
Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics business, home of the F-35 Lightning II fighter, is looking for a Security Rep Staff within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Fort Worth, TX.
The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
The Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) will support the F-35 Program Security C2D2 effort and lead an initiative to implement cost effective and value added security solutions that fortify our nation’s emerging technologies.
Preferred candidate must be fluent with DoD SAP manuals and ICD series documents and other program-specific type security directives. Must also be familiar with most Microsoft Office applications.
Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress, fast-paced, multi-program environment.
Selected candidate must have good communications skills, and be comfortable in a team atmosphere yet work independently to ensure compliance with LM Aeronautics, customer and government requirements.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and be able to retain eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Experience with DoD SAPs
Experience with DoD Manuals 5205.07, Volumes 1-4
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
Have experience in DoD Special Programs, personnel security, Physical Security and Security Education and Training
Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape
