Lockheed Martin Director IFG Supply & Tech Pubs Operations in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Identifies customer's system needs and responds to requests for proposals; performs feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, etc.; develops appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.; prepares and presents technical product information to customers. Post-installation and implementation responsibilities include technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to software problems.

This position has a key role in ensuring continued performance across F-16 and F-22 so that the customer can Maintain Air Dominance. The challenge is to utilize existing resources while increasing effectiveness, rapidly delivering capabilies, and increasing affordability of the products/offerings.

Key Skills Required Include:

Ability to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between program management, planning, project teams, and executive leadership team. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Experience in managing costs within Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and budgetary constraints.

Must be a US citizen. This position requires special access and a Secret security clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in a technical discipline or Supply Chain/Logistics.

Experience in a military sustainment strategies and execution. Experience leading major new initiatives development and performance-based logistics programs. Experience leading large executing teams and delivering results. Business experience with sustainment solutions, inventory management and distribution, logistics support systems, contract negotiations, or sub-contract/supplier management.
