Lockheed Martin Electronics Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: This position is for a data links engineer working in the Fort

Worth F-22 RF Communication group. Job responsibilities

will include supporting Tier 3.5 OFP integration in the

Communications Software Development Lab (CSDL) for

F-22 Releases centered on CNI, MIDS JTRS, and OSA

products (both hardware and software products). Activities

include generating test plans / procedures,

collaborating/coordinating with various teams which will be

releasing products to the CSDL (including architects and

System Test), working with System Test and System labs

(AIL and RAIL) to ensure requirements for new hardware /

test configurations are understood prior to release to these

labs, executing tests / writing reports, working with

Software OFP Build Teams/IDT on incorporating new

messages into the formal builds, and working with

Problem / Anomaly Tracking Systems to track / manage

issues with the various OFP builds. This position will require

occasional travel to various labs to assist in major upgrades

and / or trouble-shooting difficult problems, and possibly

attending occasional Supplier Design Reviews. Individual

must be able to work in a fast paced environment with

good communications / organizational skills and have the

ability to analyze complex issues.

This position will be located at a facility that requires special access (Must be able to secure a current F-22 Project Clearances and/or have a current F-22 Project Clearance including investigation within the last 5 years).

Basic Qualifications:

BS Electrical, Computer Engineering or related technical degree from an accredited college.

Must able to travel domestically.

Desired Skills:

Experience and aerospace related education/background.

System performance monitoring and evaluation experience.

Electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with Test and

Measurement Equipment; Scaled Agile Framework

methodology; Root Cause/Corrective Action techniques. Software development.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel

spreadsheet, scheduling and Database applications;

Excellent oral and written communication skills and

analytical skills. Needs to have the ability to convey

technical data and concepts in concise messages and

presentations. Must be able to obtain related program

security clearances
