Lockheed Martin Industrial Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: Position will provide support to the F-22 Depot Operations team. This position will be a primary interface between the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Depot Operations & Modification Retrofit group and IFG sustainment senior leadership. Candidate is responsible for utilizing modeling and simulation techniques to support all efforts in creating the F-22 Depot Flow Plan including development of aircraft work packages.
Candidate will be responsible for metrics development, statusing and reporting of F-22 depot and contractor field team production operations. Successful candidate will be adept at developing methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel, utilizing various modeling tools and business case analysis. Must have the ability to communicate at multiple levels of management and prepare briefs for an executive audience.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, F-22 Program access, and Special Access Programs.
Strong Microsoft office skills
Background in schedule development and analysis
Background in modeling and simulation
Experience developing cost benefit analysis
Experience developing metrics
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of the Air Force modification/ TCTO development and execution process
Background in industrial engineering
Background in shop floor execution
Data visualization in Tableau, Qlikview, or similar
Aircraft maintenance or global sustainment knowledge
Lean/Six Sigma certification
Knowledge of Air Force Depot Operations
Knowledge of Air Force Sustainment Center Art of the Possible
Aircraft system knowledge of the F-22
