Lockheed Martin International Capture Management Principal (Middle East) in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: Responsible for facilitating, assisting, conducting, and guiding business/market activities relative to international sales of LM Aeronautics products in the Middle East Region.
Will communicate to customers/decision makers at all levels of the foreign services and defense departments focusing on operational capability of Aeronautics products, cost of ownership benefits and needs/requirements.
Execute customer events and visits to communicate LM Aero specific messages and build relationships.
These activities include supporting the following: market development, opportunity qualification, customer relationship management, decision mapping, competitive intelligence, development of price-to-win strategies, customer analysis, competitor assessment, strategy development, capture strategy/team development, capture team leadership etc.
Selected candidate will assist in the coordination of the business area and senior executive customer communications, events and visits which are associated with new business opportunities.
Experience building/developing presentations for senior management and customers.
Experience in USG Cooperative and Foreign Military Sales program/contracting processes and acquisition strategies.
Experience in utilization of political skills to cope with conflict for example:
Experience with working across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions.
Experience leading customer meetings and cross-discipline teams in development of customer solutions leading to contract award.
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics' product lines.
Candidates must either have an active Secret clearance (or above) or have previously held a clearance at that level in prior employment.
Technical familiarity with F-16 and/or C-130 aircraft
Similar international experience in industry or government.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and translate their value to customers.
Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities.
