Lockheed Martin Lead Security Representative (ACPSO) in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: As the Lead Security Representative and Alternate Contract Program Security Officer (ACPSO) for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) F-16 Radar Modernization Program, the candidate will be responsible for establishing, executing, and evolving a comprehensive and advancing set of Special Access Program (SAP) security policies, plans, and practices that consistently, effectively, and efficiently support business operations, and comply with all Special Access Programs requirements.
In this capacity, the candidate will be responsible for formulating, evolving, and driving many of the program’s security initiatives, identifying best practices, driving continuous improvement opportunities, and leading a team of Security professionals in their day-to-day activities that include DD-254 administration, program access requests, classification management, access control, alarms, badging, investigations, physical security, security education and training, and compliance reviews.
The candidate will be required to interface with Senior and Executive Program Management in support of ongoing program operations and new business opportunities.
In addition, the candidate will be required to build and maintain effective relationships both within the corporation and externally with government customers.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills: Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.
The ability to articulate and present intelligent security based recommendations, derived from limited and or conflicting information, is also essential.
The selected candidate will be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
At least three years of experience within the military or industry as the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO), and/or Facility Security Officer (FSO), working on either a Special Access Program (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), DoD Collateral Program, and/or Personnel Security, Physical Security, Security Education & Training is desired.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
Experience with DoD Special Access Programs (SAP).
