Lockheed Martin L&TS Process Lead in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: This is an opportunity to work on the Labs and Technical Services (L&TS) Systems Engineering team. L&TS is a highly innovative team responsible for developing, testing and maintaining aircraft simulation systems and subsystems utilized for aircraft capability integration and weapons systems development from concept design through production and delivery.

This position is for a Process Lead to support L&TS Enterprise Product, F-35 and ADP Man-In-the-Loop simulation projects. This position requires a candidate with extensive process management and implementation experience. Responsibilities include establishing, coordinating, enforcing and guiding implementation of effective engineering policies, standards and methodologies that are applicable to program specific requirements and compliant with organizational processes.

The candidate will apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the relevant lifecycle phases from mission analysis/stakeholder needs analysis through system delivery and operational support. Additional responsibilities include establishing plans, processes and procedures for defining, controlling and publishing the baseline requirements at all levels of the product development process and ensuring compliance. Candidate will support internal and government audits and coordinate contract deliverables. Assignments may change over time as required by the organization.

Must be a US citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access, must have the ability to get a Secret Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline required.

- Experience in performing one or more of the following: system requirements development, system design development, system integration and verification, and/or validation.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with process compliance and/or audit support.

- Experience with Man-in-the-Loop simulation.

- Experience with complex simulation systems and/or aircraft sensor subsystems.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

- Strong work ethic, ability to work with limited supervision, self-motivated.
