Description: The candidate selected for this position will perform as the Program Manager for the Sustainment Operations Leadership Readiness (SOLR) Program, and the Sustainment Operations Leadership Development (SOLD) Program within the overall Sustainment Operations organization. The SOLR/SOLD Program Manager will have the overall responsibility to lead the full life cycle of the Sustainment Operations – SOLR and SOLD Programs. The SOLR/SOLD Program Manager will be responsible for the nomination and selection process for the development programs, coaching and developing of the participants and serves as the liaison between the participants and the LM Aero Program rotational assignments. The SOLR/SOLD Program Manager will conduct regular briefings to both the executive leadership and the program participants. They will be responsible for program status, rotations, schedules, budgets, process & procedures, etc. In addition, the SOLR/SOLD Program Manager will oversee program recruitment activities, entry-level development, training and engagement activities.

- Sustainment Operations Leadership Readiness (SOLR) Program:

The SOLR Program is designed to develop and retain early career professionals (Level 1 and 2 employees) working in Sustainment Operations. The program's two main objectives are to expose participants to several competencies of sustainment, while concurrently helping them expand their personal development.

- Sustainment Operations Leadership Development (SOLD) Program:

The SOLD Program is designed to develop and retain mid-career professionals (Level 3 and 4 employees) working in Sustainment Operations. The program's two main objectives are to develop participants' leadership skills and enhance their sustainment business acumen.

Basic Qualifications:

-Project management experience

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

-Must have lead or leadership experience

Desired Skills:

-Sustainment Operations experience

-Prior experience interfacing with leadership across the various LM Aero Lines of Business -(LOBs)

Manage budget for employees under span of control

-Prior Program Management experience

-Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations, balancing priorities in a complex and fast paced environment.

-Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management

-Prior experience working with Leadership Development Programs (LDPs)
