This position is a program finance analyst to support the F-35 Support Equipment Solutions business. The specific job functions include conducting Earned Value analysis, analysis of actual costs and variances to plan, development of Estimates-to-Complete and establishing / managing the cost baseline including working closely with Program Planning to properly integrate cost and schedule. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with Control Account Managers, senior Program Managers, senior Program Finance leadership and other Business Operations disciplines.
Selected candidate will develop and present reports in support of the monthly financial reporting tempo, and complete month-end closing activities including analysis and issue resolution to ensure integrity of financial data. This analyst will develop and deliver formal financial data submittals to customers requiring significant coordination from multiple stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business-related field. - Education and experience consistent with job responsibilities, strong analytical skills, finance/accounting acumen -Self-starter with strong communication skills - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
Desired skills - Familiarity and understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and applications - Strong financial / analytical orientation - Experience with financial data submittals; accounting skills - Familiarity with SAP, Cobra, Hyperion, wInsight, E-WAD - Advanced Excel skills; ability to develop and use pivot tables and databases to obtain data and develop reports; database (Access or equivalent) creation experience a plus
