Lockheed Martin Program Management Lead in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: The selected candidate will be a member of the Sustainment Program Management (PMO) Team. The candidate will be assigned as a program management lead in the planning, development, implementation and execution of F-35 Sustainment proposals/contracts.
The selected candidate will be required to develop approaches and solutions to assigned work. The candidate will also be required to lead and participate in proposal development as well as develop roadmaps to ensure successful execution and implementation of the sustainment strategy. The candidate will apply extensive technical expertise to help shape contract requirements and be able to synthesize results into sustainment solutions. Tasks include, but are not limited to: F-35 sustainment proposal planning and execution; PBL strategic planning/execution; F-35 sustainment readiness; and Integrated master schedule and EVMS management. Tasks also include establishing and developing operational plan to execute critical milestones, interfacing with Government customer, technical planning and Internal/external coordination.
The candidate will perform technical, operational, and business coordination between the F-35 Sustainment Team, F-35 Air System teams, and internal functions to ensure horizontal and vertical integration within and between the teams. Candidate will be supporting the F-35 sustainment program manager in directing daily team and individual tasks and activities and will be required to lead special assignments. Candidate will be required to lead the team in briefing internal and external senior management and executives on various aspects of the program including status on schedule and cost. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
This position is expected to be located at our Product Support Integration Center located in North Fort Worth.

- Earned Value management experience
- Experience with concepts of program schedule,
cost, and quality
- Prior project management experience
- Proposal Management experience
- Experience with Independent Non-Advocate
Reviews (INAR) of proposals to identify program risks
and mitigation techniques prior to EPP and submittal
-Experience in the development of Statements of work/Supplier Statements of Work, requirements allocations, and technical documentation packages
-Experience in development and review of BOEs, bid methodology, risk/opportunity identification, estimating methodology, and technical document revisions
-F35 Proposal development with a sustainment
-Experience with EPRS, CPR
-Experience with CPIF, FPI, CPFF, SLDO contracts -Experience assessing impacts of EAC changes to the program baseline to include ROS impacts
