Lockheed Martin Program Planner in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: This position provides planning/scheduling support for the Sustainment Operations Planning on the F-35 program. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule while learning about the major aspects of overall program support. Candidate will analyze and integrate schedules delivered to Lockheed Martin from various suppliers on the JSF Program utilizing multiple analysis tools and software. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Emphasis for this role will be the integration of supplier schedules into the program Integrated Master Schedule. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control. This position will develop insight and skill in the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of program schedule Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL).

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.*** Selected applicant will not require a secret clearance to begin employment, but will be submitted for a secret clearance afterwards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Earned Value Management, (EVM), experience

Desired Skills:

• Experience communicating data research and subsequent results to multiple levels of an organization

• Experience with Integrated Master Plan and Planning and Organizing Skills

• Strong Communication Skills

• Strong Problem Solving Skills

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology
