Lockheed Martin Project Engineer Associate-Entry Level in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: • This F-35 Engineering Project Office position works within the Sustainment Operations team and will support many different aspects of F-35 Sustainment. Responsibilities include the review of technical requirements, developing and responding to actionable data analytics, and building of capability roadmaps. Develops, integrates, and manages the execution of integrated master plans, and schedules. Confronts issues, identifies risk/opportunities drives corrective actions, and interacts with multiple engineering disciplines, and functions including Prod Ops, Sustainment, RMS, BAE, Aero IT, and the ALIS team. A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to establish a project business rhythm for communicating with internal & external customers at all levels. Convey capabilities, influence others in data driven manner, and improve processes, and procedures.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Ability to Obtain Secret clearance.

Desired Skills: Experience creating cross functional project plans, estimates, and integrated master schedules.

Strong oral, and written communication skills.

Demonstrated capabilities with data analysis

Good communication skills preferred, as position requires interfacing with internal and external customers to report technical and scheduling status.

Experience working in teams and interfacing with external customers, and experience in basic project management skill sets desired.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Technical Bachelors Degree in Industrial, Systems, or Aerospace engineering.

Experience working with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
