Lockheed Martin Project Management and Planning Operations Representative in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: The Enterprise Demand Control Organization (EDSC) within Supply Chain Management (SCM) is seeking a candidate to support technology integration, portfolio execution, and effective technology transfer of the company digital technology projects impacting development, design, analysis, and process optimization. The candidate will ultimately help to represent SCM in support of the Future Enterprise Program (FEP), Digital Transformation Office (DTO), and Control Tower (CT) teams.
The selected candidate will possess the skills to identify opportunities, constructively navigate controversial issues, and influence senior management on relevant topics. Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects. Ensures executive directions and initiatives are tracked, prioritized and executed upon. Coordinates studies and leads improvement initiatives within the company. Deals with abstract issues and develops associated plans and strategies to address. Utilizes problem solving and intervention techniques to assist with resolving organizational issues. Facilitates and negotiate agreed-to solutions. Act as the liaison for communications between Aero SCM and the FEP, DTO, and CT teams. This role also coordinates with the Corporate Global Supply Chain Organization (GSCO) as an Aero Representative on the Supply Chain Technology Council, which is responsible for evaluating innovative technology strategies and platforms that positively impact SCM.
Successful candidate must have strong inter-personal skills capable of working in a fast paced environment across all levels of management and customer organizations. Candidate will coordinate with Customers and Internal Management to produce desired end products within directed schedule and funding constraints. Responsible for promoting the enterprise perspective while ensuring the delivery of solutions to successfully meet individual program commitments.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or other related field
• Project Management experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in cross-functional and/or cross-Business Area groups
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge of SAP system and processes
• Demonstrated process mapping and process improvements
• Strong executive presence with refined presentation skills demonstrating the ability to address complex issues with senior leadership
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
