Lockheed Martin Proposal Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: As a member of the F-35 Estimating and Pricing organization, the individual will be responsible for developing, analyzing, reviewing and acquiring management approval of Engineering estimates for the F-35 Program. These activities will included coordinating and preparing engineering labor, engineering material and other charges bases of estimates (BOEs), and supporting internal proposal reviews, customer audit/fact findings, and negotiations. The individual will work closely with various IPT personnel to develop BOEs with substantive task descriptions and sound bases of estimates that meet established proposal quality standards. The job requires extensive coordination with F-35 program and functional Engineering, Accounting and Finance organizations. Other tasks and responsibilities include developing Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs) that are based on auditable/repeatable data and can be used as a reliable predictor of tasks to be performed and identifying comparative historical data that can be used as a valid basis of estimate. Requires interfacing with the JSF Program Office, DCMA and DCAA; presenting estimate data to management; and performing special assignments when required.

Knowledge of FAR, TINA, AND OR CAS
Experience in Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Price/Cost Analysis, Accounting and/or Finance
Knowledge of FAR, TINA, CAS, etc.
Excellent written, oral, and task coordination skills.
Knowledge of estimating pricing tools such as PROPRICER, and the LM Aero BOE Tool(APTS).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
