Lockheed Martin Security Manager in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: Security Manager for the F-35 Security Integration Team, reporting to the F-35 Security Director.
Responsible for Management and oversight of the F-35 Security integration team, to include, Investigations, Security Education, Site Activation, International, FACO and MROU activites.
Ensure compliance with government security specifications, program security requirements, security classification guides and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements.
Oversee and guide the development and implementation of required Program Security Plans to ensure security planning encompasses all program contractual security requirements.
Coordinate security requirements related to the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, security operating budgets and financial terms and conditions of contract.
Provide leadership and oversight of the Program Security organization to include: customer and management liaison, personnel actions, facility and technical security, information systems, personnel security, and security education and awareness.
Engage in high level interaction with LM Aero Leadership and government customer representatives regarding security issues and other security related tasks.
Requires in-depth knowledge of National Industrial Security Programs Operating Manual, DoD 5205.07 Series documents and Contractual requirements.
Knowledge of ITAR and Export Control regulations regarding international cooperation and Technology Control Plans for FN visitors required.
Manager must be able to analytically, succinctly and persuasively communicate observations, requirements and recommendations to F-35 leadership and enterprise business partners based on risk managed approach.
Responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of compliant and cost effective security solutions, evaluating and articulating recommendations to senior management.
Responsible for ensuring adequate personnel and resources are deployed to support contractual requirements, and interface with LM Aero Security Management regarding F-35 initiatives and Security Integration activities.
Manager is responsible for methods and processes to ensure compliance with contract security specifications and Customer requirements.
Establish and maintain effective internal/external partnerships and apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to dynamic security environments.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN - this position is located in a facility that requires special access.
Experience with SAP/SAR Security environment and requirements.
Experience evaluating and interpreting Security Classification Guides.
Experience managing organizational budget with cost and schedule managing experience.
BOE and security proposal development experience with extensive knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual and SAP Manuals documentation; as well as applicable contractual documents referenced in the DD Form 254.
10+ plus years of demonstrated experience in multi-disciplined security organizations with a combination of programmatic security knowledge of Physical, Technical, and Information Systems Security.
Candidate should have strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relationship and analytical skills.
Should possess excellent oral presentation skills.
Candidate should be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively managing multiple tasks concurrently and have the ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations.
Should have the ability to work with multiple customers taking directions, providing feedback and must be able to build effective team and Customer relationships through open and effective communication.
Familiarity with M/S Office professional Suite.
