Lockheed Martin Senior Manager Government Security Operations in Fort Worth, Texas
Senior Manager of Government Security Operations (GSO).
Responsibilities will include management and all aspects of Security Administration, International Programs Security and serve as the compliance leader ensuring the integration of all activities associated with all SAP/SCI/Collateral programs for LM Aero-FW.
This includes leading the integration of the Program Security, Classified Cyber, Investigations/CI & Security Administration teams to ensure there is engagement and coordination across the teams focusing on ensuring customer inspection readiness, implementing new customer requirements, implementing corporate driven initiatives and ensuring process consistency.
This role will also serve as the Aero Enterprise coordinator working with GSO counterparts to ensure consistency and continuity across the enterprise.
This role will serve as the Fort Worth Site Facility Security Officer (FSO) and serve as the focal point with the Defense Security Service (DSS) and principal interface with the affected Aero – Fort Worth leadership team related to ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), and security requirements associated with classified contracts, and other USG or customer requirements.
This role will support the Aero Security & Emergency Services (SES) Director on a wide array of integration activities such as budget and other special initiatives.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications Minimum 10 years experience (with 5 of those years being in a leadership role) working and leading Program Security/Collateral teams within SAP or Collateral Programs.
Experience in NISP
Experience implementing innovative and cost-effective security solutions
Desired skills Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of being a consummate team player with a demonstrated history of delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
Ability to reach consensus among competing ideas and backgrounds and to find common ground to move initiatives forward in a timely manner.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to keep senior leadership informed of all Security related activities within the organization as well as the ability to work with stakeholders to capture and execute duties related to their support.
