Lockheed Martin Senior Organizational Development Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Enables delivery of organizational effectiveness solutions that are strategy-driven, data-driven, efficient, effective, agile and aligned with the Lockheed Martin business strategy. Consults with and builds partnerships with business leaders and client groups to understand their organizational needs and enables design of effective solutions aligned to those business needs. Provides subject matter expertise in organizational design and/or change management in support of the business strategy. Facilitates execution of organizational effectiveness solutions including change management, organizational design and coaching processes utilizing organizational and talent analytics. Influences the organization’s culture and enhances the capacity for future changes in the organization. Enables successful achievement of Aeronautics’ maturity models for coaching, change management and organization design. Builds change management, organizational design and coaching capability within the HR team and throughout the business. Utilizes processes, tools, and approaches that deliver enduring results and increases the organization’s ability to respond and adapt to change. Facilitates completion of organizational diagnostic processes, including organizational design elements, change impact analyses and change management plans. Partners with relevant stakeholders on change management, organizational design and coaching best practices, tools, and models. Identifies, assesses appropriate usage of and implements measures of success/impact measures for organizational effectiveness efforts. Participates in other initiatives as needed. Partners with Human Resources Business Partners and relevant Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COE) to deliver human resources programs and business outcome focused solutions. Drives lateral connectivity and collaboration within HR and across the enterprise.

Deliverables include:

Development and implementation of organizational effectiveness solutions, including organization design and/or change management

Development of coaching processes and procedures for internal coaches

Ability to assess impact of business strategy on organizational factors

Must demonstrate basic financial acumen

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Industrial Psychology

Demonstrated knowledge of the field/discipline of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with organizational design and/or change management and leadership coaching practices and processes

Demonstrated experience consulting with an assigned client organization on Human Resources topics

Demonstrated project management experience, including, but not limited to: managing projects and initiatives, developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing communication plans, identifying milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results

Demonstrated experience delivering results for the business in partnership with Human Resource’s Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other organizations as needed

Knowledge of coaching best practices and techniques

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority using multiple methods based on context

Demonstrated experience utilizing human capital analytics and key workforce metrics

Moderate to expert knowledge and experience with change management principles and methodology; preference for experience using Prosci methodology.

Demonstrated experience using relevant software tools/ solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
