Lockheed Martin Software Engineer Asc in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: This Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Business Services (EBS) position involves Robotic Process Automation using Blue Prism, and software and web application development leveraging AngularJS based client, Microsoft technology (Visual Studio, C#, .NET) middleware, and SQL Server databases. The position will be a member of the Aeronautics Production Operations Development team and participate in full lifecycle software development as part of a 3-8 person scrum team utilizing state of the art technologies, methodologies, and processes. This position involves developing and maintaining web-based applications to specified functional and system requirements, leveraging object oriented design, MVC design patterns, and state of the art web interfaces. Demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills through interactions with management, leads, customers, and development team regarding schedule progress, impacts, and concerns. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications which support key Aeronautics Programs and Functional Organizations

-Develop web services

-Develop code which interacts with relational databases (e.g. SQLServer, Oracle)

-Develop web application user interfaces which support multiple platforms including mobile platforms

The work location for this position will be in Fort Worth, Texas.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship

Basic Qualifications:

Software development experience commensurate with Level in web technologies, C#, C++, or Java

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System or other IT related discipline

Desired Skills:

• Team Foundation Server

• Visual Studio


• C#

• .NET framework/core

• AngularJS

• JavaScript

• Asynchronous/event driven programming


• RPA Tools a plus (Blue Prism Automation Anywhere)

• Familiarity with process flow diagrams and process documentation

• Excellent Oral, Written, Problem Solving, and Communication Skills
