Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator Associate in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Supplier source selection, purchase order placement and administration. Duties include cost/price analysis, negotiations, documentation, purchase order maintenance and interface with functional organizations and supplier management. Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of Hazardous Chemicals and Specification items in an Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system in support of various airframes. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidder conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. Some travel may be required.

Must be a US Citizen.This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Preferred candidate will possess good decision making abilities, be self-motivated, and be comfortable presenting issues to upper management.

Multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to work extended hours as necessary is also required.
