Lockheed Martin System Integration Analyst Senior in Fort Worth, Texas
This IT position will be a member of an Agile Development Team (ADT) within the EBS I2 EUX Client Device Services (CDS) Engineering Division. This ADT is responsible for engineering new solutions for both Mac and iOS platforms in support of Business Area needs across Lockheed Martin for over 30,000 endpoint devices. Services provided by this CDS Engineering ADT for these platforms includes OS and application upgrades, MacOS image creation, device management updates and application upgrades for AirWatch and JAMF Pro, administration of Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and web development. The selected candidate will be responsible for engineering and delivering solutions to administer all Apple platforms, administering DEP and associated automation, developing and troubleshooting complex UNIX shell scripts, automation of existing manual processes, authoring documentation, development of test cases for new macOS/iOS versions, and providing escalation support for Tier 2 deskside support organizations. Responsibilities also include exploration of future technologies such as device management using InTune. This is a virtual, geographically dispersed team and therefore requires proactive engagement with team members, self-motivation and strong communication skills.
