Lockheed Martin Systems Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: The selected candidate will be a Systems Engineering Integrator on various F-35 efforts ranging from follow on modernization to sustainment.

This includes Systems Engineering and technical activities required to meet contractual requirements in accordance with the F-35 SEMP. This includes but is not limited to Integrated Master Plan (IMP) creation; Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) support; System Integration Plan (SIP) authoring; Horizontal/Vertical technical integration of the overall Air System product development; Key Performance Parameters / Technical Performance Measurements (KPPs/TPMs) management; integrated technical planning and control for planning, monitoring, measuring, evaluating, directing, and managing the technical program; management of requirements; metrics gathering; integration; and reporting of technical efforts. In summary, the selected candidate will provide overall direction for adherence to technical policies and procedures to ensure integrity across the F-35A Air System.

The selected candidate will be required to interface and communicate with Program Management, Customers, and various other organizations at various levels. The selected candidate will be required to tackle a wide range of challenging problems and drive closure. Up to 10% travel is possible.

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an interim Secret clearance to start.***

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required

Systems Engineering experience

Experience working with cross functional teams
