Lockheed Martin Tool/Test Tool Designer Sr in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Design and/or redesign tools, jigs, and fixtures utilizing computer drafting methods. Design and/or redesign tools for testing and/or calibrating hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electronic, electro-mechanical components and/or systems after the circuits have been developed, including the use of computer-aided methods, procedures, processes and equipment. Complete layouts and create detail tool drawings, prepares bills of material and performs related duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Able to understand manufacturing processes and procedures.

Proficient use of computer aided design methods.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Desired Skills:

CATIA V4 or CATIA V5.

Previous tool design experience.

Some experience working with aircraft manufacturing.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
