Lockheed Martin Information Security / Informance Assurance Engineer in Georgia
Description: Experienced professional familiar with FBM Trident SSBN and support facility Information Technology infrastructure. Candidate will coordinate/control administration of information systems within the Refit, Squadron and Training facilities and maintain SSBN deployed computer laptop assets. Responsible for development of procedures and integrating new technology updates as software improvements and cyber security updates become available.
Understanding of basic network concepts (TCP/IP, network device, etc.) Detailed technical comprehension and hands-on cybersecurity/information technology experience with infrastructure and system administration functions. Familiarity with Red Hat/Linux and Windows operating systems. Security+ and/or CISSP certification. Responsible for general network administration function such as system audits, updates and assigning user restrictions. Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Highly desirable that the candidate have long standing working experience within the FBM Trident program. Experience with Security Information, Event Management and working with classified Information Systems. Understanding and the ability to train end users on Cyber Security Information Assurance requirements enforcing USN laptop Information Security. Anticipate travel will be required to support site administration responsibilities at all SSBN and System Test locations.
