Lockheed Martin Administrative Assistant in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a position in Grand Prairie, Texas to provide direct support for the PAC-3 Sustainment Operations Program Management Staff.

Duties include:

Perform administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner that will allow PAC-3 Sustainment Operations Program personnel to devote their energies to significant Program related issues

Answer phones, make travel arrangements, complete expense reports, and coordinate calendars

Order and maintain sufficient office supplies for the Sustainment Operations Program Office

Interface with various program personnel in Dallas and other Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) locations

Receive inputs for PAC-3 Sustainment Operations Weekly Report and prepare final version for review and submittal

Schedule conference rooms and meetings; deconflict for senior PMs as necessary

Keep personnel apprised of important due dates, assuring reports and other requested data is submitted in a timely manner

Processing of Visit Requests for visitors to LM, as well as LM visitors to customer locations

Assist Program Managers (PMs) in meetings as needed to record action items and run PowerPoint

Maintain Excel calendar report for Sustainment Operations Program Office, and direct staff, containing the PM’s scheduled days off such as vacation days, sick days, and business travel

Maintain conference room calendars

Keep Sustainment Operations SharePoint sites updated

Compose and prepare formal, technical, interdepartmental correspondence, reports and other memoranda, to include program directives

Prepare charts for presentations, using PowerPoint and Excel

Desired Skills: SharePoint experience

Lockheed Martin (LM) Expense Report Process experience

Concur Travel System experience

Request Management System (RMS) experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance

Must have basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills
