Lockheed Martin Business Operations Sr Manager in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description: This position is for the Business Operations Sr Mgr for the IAMD Upper Tier programs reporting to the Upper Tier IAMD Business Director. The role will include the monthly oversight of financial reporting for the program, development of the long range plan, CSR preparation and presentation, employee hiring, training, and development; preparation, review, analysis, and submission of various internal and external customer reports; business management guidance and support to the program; achievement of financial commitments including Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash; close interface planning, contracts, and PMO, ensure Program Performance Management compliance; aggressively manage portfolio to ensure financial/programmatic performance is consistent with contract requirements, identify risks and opportunities to plan; provide interface with the customer and senior management regarding finance and business management matters; development/creation of innovative bid strategies to support new business capture; author/lead the development of key proposals as required. Lead staff of 50 finance professionals and ensure on time delivery performance to internal and external customers. Responsible for development of employees through culture Optimization and training and engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with large proposals including production, post-production, development and Foreign Military Sales efforts

Financial experience with CSR, Long range plans, and financial management of all life cycles of a program including development, production, post-production and FMS sales.

Desired Skills:

Experience with MDA

Ability to lead a virtual team

Experience successfully working with other Business Areas
