Tasks will include subsystem performance specification development, supplier technical communication, test plan development, execution, and reporting, and lab harness and equipment development.

This position will require technical management of suppliers, overseeing their design and ultimately qualification of a new subsystems. Responsibilities will include working within a cross functional team to work integration and interface challenges. Candidates must have a complete understanding of technical principles, theories and concepts of missile design and integration.

Candidate must to be self-motivated, team-oriented and capable of working with minimal direction.

Must have a SECRET security clearance or be able to obtain one.

Basic Qualifications:

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

- Ability to understand schematics, generate interconnect diagrams and troubleshoot hardware.

- Integration and test experience is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

- Occasional travel

- Must be a US Citizen with an ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in flight test environments, integration and troubleshooting
