This position will be assigned to support multiple programs within a specific Line of Business. Duties include:
Will work closely with Program(s) to understand long range plans and develop space plans to accommodate needs.
Will create short-range and long-range plans to address needs.
Will need to interpret customer requests and help them develop complete requirements list to support actual needs.
Will work closely with customers to influence designs to most efficiently use space and resources available.
Will need to gather and analyze data on current and future conditions and work with other Facility Representatives to develop integrated site space plans.
Leads business initiatives and team activities for enhancing operational efficiency, product quality, service delivery and asset utilization.

Strong communications and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas / solutions to all levels of management.
Ability to lead activities for team, factory, and program groups, multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
Knowledge of capital planning
Knowledge of resource planning, to include manpower analysis, space allocation and capital equipment forecasting.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Planning, Architectural Design, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Knowledge and experience of MicroStation or similar Computer Aided Design system.
Excellent computing skills with MS office.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training
Knowledge of facilities requirements analysis, facilities planning, facilities design standards and specifications, building codes, and facilities evaluation techniques.
Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification.
