Lockheed Martin Human Resources Compensation Intern in Grand Prairie, Texas
Summer internship opportunity to conduct special projects and support the day to day operations of the Compensation and Performance Management department. Will assist with the development and implementation of Compensation programs in support of business initiatives. Will gain experience in a variety of areas including determining compensation trends; analyzing and reviewing job content and specifications; applying job evaluation techniques used to establish equitable compensation rates within the organization as compared with rates in industry; analyzing government regulations and company policies; providing guidance and making recommendations to business leaders and HR Business Partners on all compensation issues.
Basic Qualifications Strong written and oral communication skills Microsoft Office familiarity: primarily Excel and PowerPoint Project management experience
