Lockheed Martin Staff Program Planner / IMS / EVM in Grand Prairie, Texas
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Sr. Program Planner for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. Duties include:
Develops Integrated Master Schedules for new or existing development programs from Program Summary Master Schedules.
Maintains schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path issues and network logic conflicts.
Supports and participates in negotiations with customer.
May work proposal preparation and assess the progress against established plans and parameters.
Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements.
Maintains cost and schedule integration.
Must be able to obtain a clearance
Experience with Critical Path Scheduling methodology
Extensive planning/scheduling tool experience with MS Project
Earned Value Management experience, specifically Cost / Schedule Integration
WBS Development experience
Microsoft Office Suite experience - specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance experience
Experience with the Schedule Risk Assessment process
Proposal development experience
Earned Value certification
Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA
