Lockheed Martin Accounting Assistant Specialist in Greenville, South Carolina

Perform a variety of tasks in support of the labor accounting team. Tasks may include the following: Maintain employee master data and status Maintain contract labor data and status Review labor data recorded by employees for accuracy and compliance Process labor corrections as necessary Post contract labor invoices Provide customer service to employees with questions / issues that involve labor accounting processes and systems Communicate with employees and management as necessary via email, telephone and/or in person

*Must be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications Candidate must have 3 years of Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.

Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year Customer Service Experience

Desired skills Experience with a labor recording systems such as AutoTime and Kronos

Experience with SAP
