Lockheed Martin A&P Mechanic Spec. in Greenville, South Carolina

Description: Troubleshoots, repairs and services aircraft and engine systems and may be responsible for inspection. Interprets and uses various test equipment and works from wiring diagrams and maintenance manuals. May maintain required records, manuals and inspection forms. May fuel and groom the aircraft. A&P license may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at minimum of 8 years experience on UH-60 aircraft. Knowledgeable in UH-60 aircraft systems operation to include landing gear, flight controls, disassembly, re-assembly, rigging, aircraft ground operations and the flight line environment. A&P Certificate.

Desired Skills:

-UH-60M specific experience a plus.

-Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.

-PMI experience a plus.

-UH-60 crew chief / crew member training a plus.

-General understanding of engine cleaning and ground runs associated with engine cleaning.

-Able to teach other mechanics with less experience and knowledge on the UH-60 helicopter.

-General understanding of -18 inspections required on the UH-60M.

-Strong working knowledge of the aircraft maintenance manuals and DA PAM 738-751.

-Flight line experience and ground handling on UH-60 aircraft.
