Description: Providing dedicated assistance in the area of Signature Reduction Security Management. Produce documentation and provide Subject Matter Expertise in support of training and operational deployments.
Coordinating with the Intelligence and Security Command's Special Program Office and DOD Joint Field Support Center. The contractor shall also conduct training and evaluation of military personnel on an as needed basis.
Supporting the Government by drafting for staff for approval and implementation Operational Security Support for Action documentation. This included coordinating with the Intelligence and Security Command's Special Programs Office (SPO) and DOD agencies.
Coordinating with supported DOD and non-DOD agencies to formulate and implement effective strategies and mechanisms to reduce the risk of compromise to sensitive research and operations.
Researching and identifying appropriate Government and commercial entities to support Signature reduction strategies in support of research and operations efforts.
Conducting risk assessments and working with a team to incorporate Signature reduction strategy into research and operations project plans.
Monitoring emerging operational requirements and operational capabilities and developing Signature reduction strategies that meet those changing operational environments.
Coordinate with operational research and systems analysts to assess the effectiveness of Operational Signature reduction measures.
Use signature reduction Mechanisms provided by the government.
Required travel within the NCR to perform daily duties. Travel requirement 20%
Fourteen (14) years of professional experience supporting a military and/or government cryptologic mission. Professional experience may include mission support as a military or government language or signals analyst as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.
DOD Advanced Technician Course (ATC) with five years experience required.
