Grey Seal is developing mission solutions in support of a large system deployment. The system involves knowledge of mission planning, command and control, Software Defined Radios (SDR), and large antennas. The candidate will work in an Agile SAFE development environment to design and develop technically complex systems and integrate those solutions to meet the mission objective. Work is performed without appreciable direction.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Minimum ten (10) years of full-time professional experience in Systems Engineering supporting the Department of Defense if the Candidate has a Bachelor's degree; or
Minimum eight (8) years of full-time professional eperience in Systems Engineering supporting the Department of Defense if the Candidate has a Master's degree; or
Minimum five (5) years of full-time professional eperience in Systems Engineering supporting the Department of Defense if the Candidate has a Ph. D degree; or
Five (5) years of continuous support of at least one major system development program, supporting any of the following areas:
System design parameters
Test and evaluation
Three (3) years of demonstrated experience with systems engineering and work management tools.
