Our Development Team (ADT) within the Mission Planning Element of the Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) program team is looking for an innovative and dynamic Software Engineer! As part of the team, you will use your software engineering skills to support the mission planning element of an advanced satellite communication ground system that's critical to our customers and our SPACE business.

You will also be applying your skills as a Scrum Master to one of our development teams. Working with the team to coordinate planning activities, running the Scrum, scheduling demos and retrospectives and ensuring that roadblocks are mitigated. You will use metrics and take actions to improve the teams velocity over time while working with other teams on the program. You will also work with the Product Owner to coordinate the team's activities in JIRA as well as work hand in hand with the Release Train Engineer.

Basic Qualifications:

- Object-oriented software development experience

- Agile Scrum Master Certification and experience

- Strong communication skills with a proven track record

- Active Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

- AEHF Mission Planning software development experience

- Test Automation for unit test and integration test experience, continuous integration

- Scaled Agile Framework
