Lockheed Martin Software Administrator - Inventory Management System (IMS) - Special Operations Forces in Lexington, Kentucky

Description: This is an early career position for an Inventory Management System (IMS) software administrator. The IMS Admin will be responsible for supporting daily operations and milestone events (e.g. upgrades) for the IMS software (GOLD) at the Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA) contract in Lexington, Kentucky. She / he will be part of the IT department and will work with the user community (logistics operations) to ensure the software meets the needs of the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, configuration settings, and workflow / report design and support.

Basic Qualifications:

Software Administration Experience

Desired Skills:

Security+ Certification (must obtain within six months of hire date)

Experience designing reports

Customer service experience working directly with users to answer questions and troubleshoot issues

Able to work with the customer to decompose requirements into reports, analytics, functioning workflows, etc.
