This position will bolster your critical thinking and enhance your library of skills that will propel us to the next level of innovative Production.
The ideal candidate will be able to support production activities at the Littleton, CO Production Facility and have demonstrated experience in solder, epoxy bonding and wire harness fabrication. Familiarity with Electronic Circuit Card and Module Assemblies is advantageous. A continuous improvement mindset, focus on work class quality, and the ability to work effectively with a team are also key.
Desired Skills: 1.) Solder, bond and coating certification. Prior fabrication, cable and harness experience. Box/Module assembly experience. Previous industry related certifications to include: NASA Hand Solder, J-STD, Hardware Torqueing, Adhesive Bonding, Polymerics, Connector Mate & De-mate, NASA Cable Harness.
2.) Prior Solder Fountain or Wave Solder experience
3.) Prior Automated SMT experience.
4.) Experience with new product introductions, lean manufacturing, cost and quality optimization on the production floor is highly desired
1.) Must display maturity of action and judgment with a demonstrated track record of resourcefulness from their previous assignments.
2.) Must be able to read and comprehend detailed work instructions.
3.) Must be able to perform basic arithmetic functions for weight measurements, torque conversions, and dimensional measurements.
4.) Prior experience in CCA/PWB solder fabrication, Box/Module fabrication, or Cable Harness fabrication.
5.) Ability to work second shift may be required.
6.) Employment is contingent upon successful completion and maintenance of all required certifications.
7.) This position will be located at a facility that requires special access.
