Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for an entry level Industrial Engineer to join our mission. As a member of the Support Services organization, you will have the opportunity to directly lead improvements in efficiency, engagement across functions, and various processes. To do so, spending frequent time on the floor (production, warehouse, shipping, etc.) as an integral part of the team interviewing, observing, or gathering information will be a vital part of this position.

Working under the guidance of Senior Management and with another department Industrial Engineer, your day will typically involve the following.

• You will analyze and design sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiency of processes.

• You will establish methods for maximum utilization of resources and personnel.

• You will determine & ensure collection of appropriate data required to determine current state.

• You may establish or assist in establishing ergonomic solutions.

• You may assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience

• Thorough understanding of lean tools

• Experienced in Microsoft Office and/or analysis applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

• Ability to create and give presentations

• Skilled in data collection and analysis using applicable methodologies

• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a government security clearance at the Secret level

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering is highly preferred

• Green Belt certification

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret analysis results, derive actionable requirements, and lead change
