We have an immediate need for an entry level Buyer in our Littleton, CO location. As an entry level Buyer in the LM Space Procurement organization you will play a vital role in supporting all of the exciting Lockheed Martin Space programs by executing all aspects of the procurement lifecycle for a wide variety commodities. In this position you will build upon your existing Supply Chain background / education / experience through exposure to procurements of ever increasing complexity and responsibility. If you are someone who desires a rewarding career in Supply Chain management and who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and who is a motivated self-starter then this is an excellent opportunity for you. • Experience with SAP / ERP / P2P
• Ability to perform as a team player with other
Buyers as well as interacting with all levels of management and support personnel
• Ability to maintain objectivity while performing multiple tasks while under pressure to meet customer requirements
• Experience in, or exposure to supply chain management
• Self-motivated, takes initiative
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Ability to analyze a problem and recommend solutions
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
