We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced systems engineer with project leadership experience to join our Systems Integration and Test Readiness team on Military Support Programs (MSP).

The successful candidate will lead a diverse, cross-functional team in major spacecraft system integration and test readiness activities. This team will consist of Certified Principal Engineers (CPEs), Engineering, Assembly, and Launch Operations (ATLO), Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Support Equipment (MGSE) Engineers, Electronic Support Equipment (EGSE) Engineers, and Laboratories. Candidate will also perform detailed planning and coordination resulting in build-up requirements, giver/receiver relationships, and definition of overall configuration; ultimately leading to the successful and efficient execution of Integration and Test activities.

** This position requires a government security clearance and only candidates with US Citizenship will be considered. **

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge and application of systems engineering processes including:

• systems design and integration

• systems requirements and verification

• Experience leading cross-functional teams

• Experience briefing program leadership or customer leadership

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills- • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Active TS/SCI clearance

• Experience with integration and test execution including ambient and environmental tests

• At least five years of spacecraft development

• Proven ability to learn in a dynamic environment and flexibility to adjust to changing situations

• Proven ability to work independently on complex problems

• Excellent customer service, organizational, problem solving skills
