This Systems Engineer will serve as the Mission and Vehicle Performance Analyst responsible for integration of mission and vehicle performance elements (power load profiles, trajectory data, timeline and attitude information) and evaluation of those elements to produce data products for use across the program team for evaluation of vehicle design and performance. The Systems Engineer requires close interactions across design and analysis functions and customer interactions related to mission planning and performance.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical) or closely related field - Functional experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and STK tool suites, or similar tools - Spacecraft mission execution, performance analysis, or other spacecraft analysis areas - Knowledge of Systems Integration Process and principles
Desired skills - Mission Trajectory Analysis - Power and Energy Distribution Analysis - Solar Array Articulation - Familiar with Coding Languages: C++, Java, Python, etc. - Self Motivated
