Lockheed Martin Administrative Assistant in Liverpool, New York
Description: This position supports the Systems Engineer Senior Manager along with other managers and staff members of the Systems Engineering team. Range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
*resolving priorities in a constantly changing, fast paced environment
*managing Outlook calendars, e-mail accounts, and conference rooms
*arranging international/domestic travel
*preparing expense reimbursements
*creating and updating presentations
*manage office supplies for program area
*Systems Engineering Sharepoint owner responsible for access permissions and document management
*other general office duties.
The team member must work independently in preparing correspondence, letters and reports; provide administrative review of documents; demonstrated ability to evaluate job duties for effective prioritization and recommend solutions for improving office efficiency; interact with all levels of customer, company and program personnel
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook including calendar management, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Experience in managing e-mails, calendars, and schedules. Experience with arranging travel and completing expense reports. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision or instructions for routine work and detailed instructions for new or special assignment
Ability to manage leader's emails and calendar
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Travel tools such as Concur; reservations and expense reconciliation
Demonstrated ability to evaluate job duties for effective prioritization and recommend solutions for improving office efficiency
