Lockheed Martin Engineering Program Manager-Technical lead and EPM Experience in Liverpool, New York
Description: Engineering Program Manager for the Thin Line Towed Array Handling System (TLTAHS), XLUUV Fwd Looking Sonar, and the Low Band Hull Array programs. The successful candidate will lead the engineering efforts associated with these development, production support, and engineering services contracts. Lead multi-disciplined engineering teams; engage with customers to ensure project meets cost, schedule and technical requirements. Ensure effective and efficient implementation of metrics and tools to proactively manage the engineering content of programs. Ensure engineering complies with business operating policies. Engage with product vendors & team mates as required to ensure product integrity. Identify opportunities for product improvements that improve overall program affordability, as well as opportunities in adjacent market spaces. Perform the role of interface to the C6ISR Acoustic Sensors Chief Engineer and Program Management providing program status, issues and recommendations. Perform project planning including staffing, cost account management, risk management and proposal development. Coordinate Tech Ops staffing and provide input to C6ISR Acoustic Sensors Chief Engineer and program management on future IRAD investment and lead IRAD execution throughout product life-cycle. Develop cost estimates and support proposal efforts. Support Executive Planning Panel (EPP) and Engineering and Technology (E&T) reviews.

Previous costing experience on proposals.
Hardware and firmware development leadership experience.
System integration experience.
Design experience in underseas environment
Prior management experience
