  • Manufacturing Project Engineer at the LM RMS - Syracuse site in support of the Undersea System (C6ISR) Line of Business.
  • Interface with Production Operations and Program Management Office (PMO) teams to ensure customers are receiving the support, information, and responsiveness required in support of successful program execution.
  • Collaborate directly with Production Operations leadership and teams to: establish executable Program Management Baselines (PMB) and action plans to meet or exceed them; decompose program performance into actionable items where required; communicate current and anticipated staffing requirements; promulgate program and functional strategies.
  • Ensure the successful cost and schedule performance for all managed programs.

Basic Qualifications Production Operations Knowledge and Experience Demonstrated History of Leadership and Capacity to Work in Diverse Teams Strong Communication, Influencing and Interpersonal Skills Financial/Budgeting Knowledge Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance. This requires US citizenship.

Desired skills - SAP/COS experience - EVM Certification with Successful Financial Management Expertise - Knowledge of USS Programs and Customers - Leadership Development Program Experience - Understanding of LM MST Manufacturing Processes Production Flow - Knowledge and Experience Working with RADAR/SONAR Technology - Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical, Project Management, or Business Field - Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certified - Ability to Create Strong and Lasting Relationships with all Internal and External Stakeholders
