Program Manager for Airborne Early Warning (AEW) Product Support. These LM RMS programs are comprised of spares, repairs, and upgrades for the Advanced Hawkeye E2D and E2C product lines. Primary responsibility will be ensuring the program/capture effort is managed and meets quality, technical, schedule and cost targets. Activities will include but not be limited to managing capture and execution of assigned programs.
Duties will include: daily interaction/coordination with our internal and external customers; driving weekly status meetings with the Program team, customer and stake holders; being an ambassador of full spectrum leadership.
Basic Qualifications Experience with Earned Value and Risk Management Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) Knowledge of LM RMS Program Performance Management processes and techniques. Knowledge of Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash and what influences each Ability to manage multiple simultaneous programs and customers Manage multi-functional team Experience in the collection and analysis of metrics and associated corrective action measures Customer interface experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD SECRET clearance
Desired skills Experience in Contract language, administration and negotiations Knowledge of the DOD acquisition process and program activities Experience with Gov't product sustainment process Program Capture experience FAR/DFAR language Knowledge of the E2D and E2C product Experience with NAVSUP and Northrop Gruman customers
