Lockheed Martin Administrative Support / Los Angeles, CA in Los Angeles, California
Description: Candidate will perform administrative duties in support of a world-wide depot repair operation.
Candidate shall be responsible for the following tasks to include but not limited to:
-Coordinate and track all site billings.
-Perform local procurement of site supplies.
-Ensure that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff members as needed.
-Provide maintenance and oversight of administrative files and business continuity files.
-Answer and screen phone calls and responding to email
-Maintain files including telephone lists, address lists, correspondence, calendars, etc.
-Prepare documents and presentations; maintain daily awareness of location/contact numbers for Site Lead.
-Help coordinate visits to the facility; ensure visitors are escorted.
-Assist visitors with maps, directions, hotel accommodations, local amenities, and internal resources.
-Provide visitors with local instructions and resource requirements.
-At least 2 years of professional experience in an Administrative Support role.
-Microsoft Office application proficiency to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
-Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
-Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with personnel / teammates / visitors / customers at all levels.
-Experience working in a team environment, providing -Must exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.direct support to management and other office personnel.
-Must have demonstrated excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
-Must be a self-starter and recognize and take actions to run an efficient office.
-Ability to effectively adapt to emerging challenges and frequent changes.
-Excellent writing skills.
-Well organized with good communication skills.
