Sound interesting? We would love for you to join us as an Electronics Engineer at our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Coherent Technologies where you will support Lidar and other laser-based programs.
Here, you will have the opportunity to work on the design of digital, FPGA, algorithms, and ground equipment for space, airborne and terrestrial systems ranging from minor modification of existing designs, to new design and development for first-of-kind systems.
THE TASKS ARE ANTICIPATED TO INCLUDE:
• Architecture definition and detailed design for analog circuits for laser, imaging, and electro-optic systems
• Algorithm development
• Detailed design
• Integration and test disciplines
This is an extraordinary opportunity to work in a rapid prototyping and research and development-oriented environment where your designs will be quickly developed and built to support early proof of concept testing -- while also making sure that the design has a defined path to support later production/flight use.
The position is in a collegial, highly dynamic, high-energy, research-oriented organization developing innovative technologies. You will participate in a variety of design, analysis, integration and test tasks in electronics design supporting electro-optic and/or laser systems.
• Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.
• You will need to obtain a TS/SCI w/Poly clearance , thus US Citizenship is required.

• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience in the design of FPGA and/or ASIC devices.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance.
