Lockheed Martin Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager / Lufkin, TX in Lufkin, Texas

Description: Candidate will be the technical subject matter expert and point of contact for circuit card assembly and related processes. Must be expert and current in EEE component selection, PWB design requirements, and IPC standards. Candidate will be collaborate to ensuring the compatibility of new and existing product designs with existing manufacturing processes.

Candidate will be responsible for the integrity of the SMT assembly processes, equipment operation and maintenance.

Candidate will collaborate with design teams in developing producible circuit card designs and requirements.

Candidate will lead, coordinate, and report the efforts of a group of manufacturing engineers and technicians.

Candidate will interview, hire, develop, and evaluate manufacturing / production engineering talent.

Candidate will provide technical support of manufacturing operators in the assembly of circuit card assemblies, sub-assemblies, and LRU's.

Candidate will be current will CCA assembly equipment and techniques. Candidate will provide the technical vision and lead the acquisition activities for future capital expenditures.

Experienced with IPC class 3 (Mil Spec) circuit card assembly (CCA) manufacturing processes, equipment, and requirements.

B.S. in technical field and 5 years of related experience minimum.

Experience with CCA process development and capital equipment implementation.

Ability to obtain a secret security clearance so must be a US Citizen.
