The opportunity is for a cybersecurity architecture lead on the ARCI undersea warfare program. The candidate will support the Systems Architecture Lead with system design and an overall cyber security roadmap. The position requires direct interface with internal customers (Hardware, software, integration and test) along with external customers along with Navy cyber security counterparts/assessors. As part of this position, duties include to support with project leads, customer stakeholders, and provide guidance to peers in adjacent disciplines to ensure compliance to cybersecurity requirements. Candidate will leverage familiarity with open architecture principles along with cyber security architecture principles that achieve both system performance requirements with cybersecurity goals. Additionally, the candidate will have familiarity in cybersecurity governance standards, such as the Risk Management Framework and commensurate NIST frameworks. The candidate should have familiarity with all phases of the SDLC and cybersecurity lifecycle, from threat modeling and risk assessment, implementation and development, vulnerability assessment and continuous monitoring. Candidate will demonstrate prior experience in assisting/educating customer in evaluating, prioritizing and utilizing risk management techniques as they apply to cybersecurity.

Basic Qualifications Experience working with COTS based open architectures. Experience working with classified Information Systems. Ability to author security plans, maintain accreditations, ability to perform technical certifications for accredited systems. Ability to analyze and negotiate customer requirements. Ability to drive architectural decisions on systems under development to meet performance requirements while mitigating IA vulnerabilities. Ability to act as a direct customer advocate, liaison and interface for Cyber architecture related activities. Experience working with Navy Classified Data Owners is desired. CISSP required. This position requires a SECRET clearance at minimum

Desired skills Experience with STIGs, Linux, TCP/IP Networks, RMF assessment and authorization as well as DIACAP certification and accreditation. Experience with NAVINTEL programs. A TS/SCI clearance is desired. Experience working with Navy Classified Data Owners is desired
